Mama Lola’s Achieves AIB Standards Level 2

Mama Lola’s, LLC is pleased to announce that it has successfully met the requirements necessary to achieve AIB STANDARDS LEVEL 2 for food manufacturing packaging, storage and distribution. AIB STANDARDS LEVEL 2 meets the needs of all suppliers in the food industry and emphasizes the systematic application of HACCP for control of food quality hazards as well as food safety. AIB implementation addresses food safety and quality requirements and ideal supplying local and global food markets. Level 2 covers food safety and legality.
The current Level 2 rating is the highest achievement for quality certification in the company’s history. “Achieving this standard shows our continued effort and commitment to improve quality, safety and process improvements throughout our facility.
